The company

Family-owned, ranger-run.

The Rodent Ranger is a family-owned business, operated by Rich, a retired park ranger.

It brings 24 years as a ranger to one kind of problem: animals that dig.

Years on public land teach you to read the ground.

Which holes are active, which way a tunnel runs, where a colony is spreading.

That is most of the job before any equipment comes off the trailer.

The company’s own words: prompt service, pride in the work and complete satisfaction, “as that is how it should be.”

And: “We love our community and look forward to assisting our neighbors.”

The equipment

A new rig, and the original.

Rich has a new rig on the road, and the original still goes out on jobs too.

Who it works with

From a backyard to a reservoir.

The client list is wide.

Homeowners, farmers and ranchers, city grounds and open space departments, private schools, and water departments.

The common thread is ground that needs to stay solid.

A pasture a horse can run on, a ball field a kid can play on, a bank that holds water.

Service area
